Не станьте жертвой мошенников!

“My daughter called! She’s crying and asking for help!”…

Don’t become part of the stories that the 102 police service hears every day.

The police continue to receive calls from elderly citizens who are falling victim to the “Hello, Mom!” scam. The scenario of the scam is the same: a crying voice on the phone tells about an accident, a pregnant girl named Kristina, a torn lip, and criminal liability that threatens a loved one. In order to avoid going to prison, you need to pay for the victim’s very, very, very expensive treatment… The pensioners believe them and give the couriers everything they have saved their entire lives. But the whole story about the accident is a lie! The scammers take the money and disappear… Tell your elderly relatives about these crimes. Explain: if someone reports an accident on your home phone or in a messenger, you need to immediately hang up and call any loved one who will help you sort out the situation.

Don’t fall victim to the “Hello, Mom!” scam. Save your nerves and money.
