  • Trade Union Activities

    In its activities, the trade union committee is guided by the Charter of the Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers, the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, and the industry agreement. Determines priority areas in the work, ensuring the systematic, consistent implementation of the main provisions of the collective agreement on labor and social issues.

    Compliance with labor legislation, maximum preservation of the personnel potential of the polyclinic, solving housing problems, improving health are the main activities of the trade union committee together with the administration. Improving working conditions, organizing outdoor activities, cultural, sports events, consolidating efforts in the implementation of the tasks of the state youth policy – the main concern of the trade union committee.

    The main task of the trade union committee of our polyclinic is to create a cohesive, morally stable, disciplined team. This task is successfully solved in the conditions of joint, purposeful work of the trade union organization with the administration of the polyclinic, which gives positive results in the work to protect the social and labor interests of workers, ensuring the stable work of the team.

    10% – when purchasing a ticket ten or more times*.

    (* with a stay in the sanatorium of at least 10 days. Cannot be combined with the 25% discount for a trade union member).


    Based on the decision of the Presidium of the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Health Workers dated 28.10.2020. No. 397 financing of expenses for paying the cost of vouchers in sanatoriums Unitary enterprise “Belprofsoyuzkurort” is provided for on the principles of share participation:

    • at the expense of members of the trade union – up to 25% of the cost of the tour in accordance with the decision of the relevant trade union committee;
    • at the expense of the Brest Regional Committee – by decision of the presidium;
    • at the expense of the primary trade union organization – by decision of the trade union committee;
    • at the expense of the employer – in accordance with the norms of the Collective Agreement.
