To submit an appeal, go to the main page of the site “Обращения.бел“, register / log in on the site and click on the “Подать обращение” button.
After that, an application form will open, which you need to fill out. Required fields are marked *. If the required fields are not filled in, the application will not be submitted.
After filling out the form for submitting an appeal, you must click on the “Submit an appeal” button at the end of the form. After confirmation, the request will be sent.
