The clinic provides the following services:
- Emergency medical care (a set of medical services provided in case of acute violations of a person’s physical or mental health that threaten his life or the health of others) is provided freely and free of charge in full for citizens of the CIS member states. For non-CIS citizens – on the same terms with subsequent compensation of expenses under the insurance policy.
- Planned medical care (a set of medical services provided in case of violations of the patient’s physical or mental health that do not pose an immediate threat to his life or the health of others) is provided on a paid basis:
For non-CIS citizens who do not have a permanent place of residence on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, i.e. residence permit on a fee basis at rates for foreign citizens.
- For non-CIS citizens permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus with a residence permit, as well as stateless persons or those who have received refugee status, residing with a residence permit, any medical assistance is provided on an equal basis with citizens of the Republic of Belarus.
- Foreign citizens of the CIS countries (including the Russian Federation) who do not have a residence permit, medical care is provided in the Republic of Belarus on a paid basis at prices for foreign citizens.
- Foreign citizens of the CIS countries (except the Russian Federation) permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus on a residence permit, medical care is provided on a paid basis at prices for foreign citizens.
- Heroes of the Soviet Union and holders of the Order of Glory of three degrees of Belarus and Russia, permanently residing or temporarily staying on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, receive any medical care free of charge.
- Foreign citizens, veterans of the Second World War, permanently or temporarily residing in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, receive any medical care free of charge.
Information about obtaining a medical certificate by foreign citizens applying for a residence permit
A certificate is issued by local general practitioners if the following documents are available:
- Passport or other identification document.
- Medical report from:
- Regional Dermatovenerologic Dispensary;
- regional TB dispensary;
- regional narcological dispensary;
- Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary;
- conclusion of an infectious disease specialist.
Payment for this service is carried out in accordance with the approved price list for foreign citizens by order of the chief physician No. 88 dated 24.02.2012. “On the introduction of tariffs for paid medical services provided to foreign citizens.”
Payment is made at the cash desk of polyclinic No. 2.
Foreign citizens in need of constant care, in order to obtain a certificate, are given the opportunity to undergo an inpatient examination at the Central City Hospital at: g. Brest, st. Laktionova, 11.

- Ultrasound diagnostics: of the abdominal cavity, liver and gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, genitourinary organs, salivary glands, mammary glands, blood vessels, thyroid gland, echocardiography.
- Endoscopic diagnostics: esophagogastroduodenoscopy.
- Radiodiagnosis: X-ray examinations of the chest cavity, abdominal organs, osteoarticular system, fluorography.
- Functional diagnostics: ECG, rheoencephalography, rheovasography, central hemodynamics, bicycle ergometry, Holter monitoring, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring.
- Laboratory diagnostics: complete blood count, complete urinalysis, hematological blood test, general analysis with leukocyte formula, scraping for enterobiasis, malaria test, determination of blood group, Rh factor, Rh titer antibodies, determination of cholesterol in the blood, coprogram, sputum examination, coagulogram, blood sugar test, biochemical blood test.
- Prophylactic medical examinations.
- A driving test.
