The procedure for providing medical care

1. Initial contact is made with doctors: general practitioner, gynecologist, dentist, surgeon, traumatologist, otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, urologist.
2. Consultation with doctors: neurologist, endocrinologist, cardiologist, carried out in the direction oflocal therapists.
3. Without a referral, specialist doctors accept: patients registered with a specialist doctor.
4. Patients with acute pathology requiring emergency consultation of a neurologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist are personally introduced after examination by the doctor on duty or the head of the therapeutic department.

Palliative care is an approach to improve the quality of life of patients (children and adults) and their families facing problems associated with a life-threatening illness by preventing and relieving suffering through early identification, carefulassessment and treatment of pain and other physical symptomsand the provision of psychosocial and spiritual support.
