Citizens entitled to service out of turn:
- Disabled people of the Great Patriotic War and disabled people from combat operations on the territory of other states (Article 12 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated April 17, 1992 “On Veterans”).
- Honorary donors of the Republic of Belarus (Article 14 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 31, 1995. “On the donation of blood and its components”).
- Veterans of the Great Patriotic War (Article 1 Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated December 20, 2008. No. 226 “On some issues of organizing the provision of medical care to veterans of the Great Patriotic War in state healthcare organizations of the Republic of Belarus”).
- Pregnant women (Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated November 14, 2005 No. 671 “On taking additional measures to eradicate indifferent attitude towards patients, needs and appeals of citizens from the healthcare system”).

About first priority service
Citizens who are served first:
- Participants of the Great Patriotic War (Article 13, paragraph 13 Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17 1992г №1594-ХII «About Veterans»).
- Former prisoners of fascist concentration camps, prisons, ghettos, former minor prisoners of other places of forced detention created by the fascists and their allies during the Second World War (Article 24 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated April 17, 1992. “About Veterans”).
- Disabled since childhood due to wounds, contusions, mutilations related to combat operations during the Great Patriotic War or the consequences of military actions (Article 25 Law of the Republic of Belarus dated April 17, 1992. “About Veterans”).
- Hearing impaired persons accompanied by a sign language interpreter (Letter of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated 09.09.2005 No. 04-7/5026).

About storing outpatient cards
An outpatient medical record (form No. 025/у-07) is the property of a healthcare organization, a form of statistical reporting that is filled out by doctors, medical workers using medical terms and designations, abbreviations, etc.
For consultation to other institutions, the doctor provides an extract from the outpatient card.
Outpatient cards are stored in the healthcare organization, have certain storage periods and cannot be handed over to patients
Article 26 Law of the Republic of Belarus “On archiving and record keeping in the Republic of Belarus” No. 323-Z dated November 25, 2011. it is established that an enterprise, institution and organization, regardless of its form of ownership, are obliged to comply with the rules and requirements for the procedure for processing documents, their processing and storage.
According to According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Healthcare”, patients, if necessary, are given an extract from the outpatient card, certified by the signature of the head of the healthcare organization, and the doctor gives the necessary information and explanations orally, in an accessible language.
About the driver’s commission
The driver’s commission carries out a medical examination to obtain permission to drive vehicles in accordance with Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus No. 95 dated 09/05/2022. And Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus No. 94 dated 09/05/2022.
Commission working hours:daily, Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 16:00 (lunch from 13:00 to 13:30); 2nd Saturday of the month – from 09:00 to 13:00. Room 341.
To pass the commission, have with you:
- passport;
- military ID;
- driver’s license;
- an outpatient card, or an extract from an outpatient card about past illnesses for 5 years;

About periodic preventive medical examinations
Mandatory medical examinations for the purpose of preventing infectious and parasitic diseases, individual and under contracts with enterprisesaccording to Appendix No. 3 Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus No. 74 dated July 29, 2019. carried out in the medical examination department (1st floor).

Mandatory medical examinations of employees under contracts with enterprises according to appendix No. 1, 2, 3 Resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus No. 74 dated July 29, 2019 are carried out in room No. 101.
Working hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 19:30, 2nd Saturday of the month – from 9:00 to 13:00.

Preventive medical examinations by specialist doctorsare carried out daily, on weekdays from 8:00 to 9:00 and from 18:00 to 19:00. Have your identification document and military ID.
About the attachment for medical care
A citizen of the Republic of Belarus to receive medical care outside his place of residence (place of stay), must contact the clinic with a written application for his temporary assignment to the clinic in office No. 113 – 1st floor (working hours from 8 :00 to 20:00, 2nd Saturday of the month)
When submitting an application for temporary assignment, a citizen of the Republic of Belarus is required to present a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus.
The decision to temporarily assign a citizen of the Republic of Belarus to a clinic outside his place of residence (place of stay) is made by the chief physician (his deputies) within one day from the date of application of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus and is formalized in the form of a resolution on the application for temporary assignment.
The responsible person, no later than three days from the date of its adoption, notifies in writing the clinic to which the citizen of the Republic of Belarus was assigned at his place of residence (place of stay) about the decision made. After receiving a written notification, the responsible person of the clinic to which the citizen was assigned at his place of residence (place of stay) sends within 5 days to the clinic to which the citizen of the Republic of Belarus is assigned outside his place of residence (place of stay): extract from the outpatient medical record.
If a citizen of the Republic of Belarus applies for medical care to a clinic outside his place of residence, an outpatient medical card is issued for him. A citizen of the Republic of Belarus, no later than seven days before the end of the period for which he was assigned to a clinic, outside his place of residence (place of stay), is obliged to apply to the clinic with an application to remove him from the provision of medical care in this institution, or with an application to extend the period , for which he was assigned to this institution.
If a citizen of the Republic of Belarus applies for an extension of the period for which he was assigned to a clinic outside his place of residence (place of stay), the chief physician (his deputies) makes a decision on assignment within one day.
If a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, after the expiration of the period for which he was assigned, did not apply to the clinic, the chief physician (his deputies) decides to refuse to further assign this citizen to the clinic. The responsible person notifies the citizen in writing about the decision made no later than three days from the date of its adoption.
