If you need:
- initial examination and treatment in connection with acute respiratory illness;
- dispensary examination of the groups D1 and D2 (contact the assistant doctor of “your” therapeutic department);
- prescription extract on a preferential basis;
- prescription extract for full cost (do not forget to issue an “electronic prescription” in the pre-medical office 5a with a passport);
- preparation of an extract from medical documentation (outpatient card, vaccination card).
