In accordance with the decision of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated 21.03.2025 No. 236 «On the reorganization of the healthcare institution», the order of the Main Healthcare Department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee dated 26.03.2025 No. 39 «On the reorganization»:
From July 1, 2025, the healthcare institution «Brest Regional Narcological Dispensary» will be reorganized by merging with the healthcare institution «Brest Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary».
We inform you that for persons over 18 years of age, from July 1, 2025, a single examination by a psychiatrist-narcologist will be carried out when undergoing a preventive examination or a driver’s commission, as well as to obtain a medical certificate of health at the address: Sovetskaya st. 13 or Brestskikh diviziy lane 2.
Accordingly, a mark on the absence of psychiatric and drug addiction registration can be obtained at any address (optional).
From July 7, 2025, reception will not be carried out at the address Sovetskaya st. 13. Medical examinations of persons under observation or previously under observation, as well as medical preventive examinations and driver’s commissions from July 7, 2025 will be carried out at the address Brestskikh divizii alley 2.
